COTTAGE BOOKINGS
July - August (Peak Season) rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Off Season rentals are 3 night minimum.
$300 DEPOSIT payable by credit card or etransfer at the time of booking. Remainder due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
90% of DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED IF CANCELLED 30+ DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.
